Ophelia Fine Jewellers
Creative Direction | Logo Design | Packaging Design
A fine jewelry brand entering a category where nearly every competitor claims "timeless" and "heirloom quality." The challenge was making luxury feel earned in the hand, not just asserted in the copy because in jewelry, the unboxing often carries as much weight as the piece itself.
The wordmark uses sculptural serif letterforms with flowing curves, referencing vintage type without copying it outright. The goal was craftsmanship that was recognisable and memorable.
A custom OA monogram does the heavy lifting at small scale: seals, jewellery cards, tissue patterns, anywhere the full wordmark would crowd the space. One mark, built to shrink without losing itself.
Muted blush, warm terracotta, and metallic gold keep the palette warm rather than cold-luxury, while foil stamping and soft-touch stock do the actual convincing; texture communicates value faster than any line of copy can.
Packaging runs as one system from outerbox to tissue to card,
so nothing along the way breaks the experience the piece itself promises.
